Siyakhokha reaches milestone by exceeding 100 000 users

Siyakhokha increases its offerings to metro customers.

The metro is proud to announce that its online municipal bill payment system, Siyakhokha, which directly belongs to the metro has gained a staggering 100 000 registered users in only four months.

The platform assists the metro to collect revenue for municipal services rendered in a fast, easy and reliable manner.

Siyakhokha has even taken it a step further and ensured that the system only gets better with time.

It has recently leaped into the second phase of the system upgrade, which means there are added features that are going to make the lives of users even better and simpler.

With the deployment of the new features, the payment system now allows for instant EFT payments.

This means customers will now have a third payment method, in addition to Masterpass payments and debit orders.

This method will enable the customers to have money debited and/or collected immediately from their bank accounts.

The enhancement will ensure real-time transaction and payment of your municipal account; therefore, improved service delivery, and it will curb unwarranted notifications and disconnections.
