Debutantes do their school and community proud

Assumption Convent School held its annual Debutante’s Ball.

Assumption Convent School recently held its 14th annual Debutante’s Ball.

There was much excitement as the winners were announced.

The debutante queen was Nicole da Silva, first princess was Nadia Sousa and second princess Angelia Antonie.

Nadia Sousa was named as the first princess for 2019 at the recent Assumption Convent School Debutante’s Ball.

The 36 beautiful debutantes of 2019 were able to positively impact the school, community and the various charities to which the fund-raising was allocated.

The debs did this in a graceful, respectful and innovative manner throughout the year.

Angelia Antonie was named as the second princess for 2019 at the recent Assumption Convent School Debutante’s Ball.

The school congratulates all the girls for their fund-raising efforts which will go towards the following charities:

• Hospice East Rand.

• Germiston SPCA.

• Society of St Vincent De Paul.

• Siyabonga Children’s Home.
