Elsburg police were called to a Brug Street business at 11pm, last Sunday, following reports of a business robbery and attempted murder.
“It is reported that four suspects, two armed with pistols, gained entry to the business,” said Const Daphney Phooko, communications officer for the Elsburg police.

“They held the seven employees at gunpoint and tied them up with shoelaces, after one attempted to flee and was shot at.
“The criminals then allegedly made off with seven cellphones, a central processing unit (CPU) and clothes.
“None of the employees were injured during the incident.”
The four suspects fled the scene on foot and are still at large.

Elsburg police are appealing to the community to come forward with any information that may lead to the arrest of the accused.
