Two men caught allegedly stealing wheelie bins in Primrose

Primrose police apprehended two men on a charge of theft.

Primrose police recently arrested two men, both 27 years old, on a charge of theft.

The arrests were made with the assistance of the community.

“The theft of wheelie bins is a rising concern in Primrose,” explained Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

“The two suspects were arrested after police received CCTV footage of the pair allegedly stealing wheelie bins.

“They were traced and arrested.”

Primrose SAPS station commander Col Albertina Vesi thanked the community for assisting in the arrests and encouraged them to continue to work with the police to fight crime.
