Primrose CPF warms up the community

Primrose CPF patrollers and their children, together with Spider Tactical Response, took to the streets of Primrose for their 67 minutes for Mandela Day to feed the homeless, security guards throughout the suburb and SAPS members.

MISSING: Mary Rabe (91) from Lambton

Mary Rabe (91) from Lambton left her home on Thursday morning and failed to arrive at friends in Bedfordview. She was later found safe.

Katlehong couple arrested allegedly in possession of R22 000 worth of drugs

A couple from Katlehong suspected of dealing in narcotics were arrested, recently. They were arrested after a plastic bag containing blocks of Kat was allegedly discovered in their house.

Germiston Flying Squad swoops into Katlehong, recovers stolen vehicle

Germiston Flying Squad member Const Steven Malungete discovered a suspicious vehicle while out patrolling in Katlehong, recently. In Phake Section he noticed a stationary red Nissan Almera with its back door wide open.

Use these contact details to submit meter readings

Many residents throughout the city contact the metro each month to give their meter readings. In recent weeks many of these residents have reported a problem when trying to submit these readings. Ward 36 councillor Wendy Morgan shed some light on the situation stating, “The contract with the current service provider for the meter reading capturing has expired,” she said.
