Mahlong was told that the vehicle was allegedly hijacked by four African males in Khumalo, next to a Caltex garage.

“It is alleged that the four African males were in possession of pepper spray which they used during the hijacking of the vehicle,” said Const Ntombikayise Ngcobo, Germiston Flying Squad communications officer.

“No arrests have been made so far and fingerprints were taken from the recovered vehicle and it was booked into the SAPS pound for further investigation.”
