Community flocks to Germiston SPCA’s market day
Fun-filled Mandela Day market day at Germiston SPCA a hit with the community.
In celebration of Mandela Day this year, the Germiston SPCA held an exciting week of events.
One of these events was a fun-filled market day held at the SPCA, last Saturday.

A variety of craft and food stalls were available, while children could enjoy a jumping castle and face-painting.
Community members were asked for a donation as an entrance fee.

Some of the other events on the SPCA’s calendar included outreaches in Katlehong, Good Hope informal settlement and Graceland, a fun walk at the Germiston Golf Club and a sterilisation day at the SPCA.
