MMC gets to know his teams.

The newly-appointed member of the mayoral committee (MMC) for community safety Clr Pheladi Frans Mmoko took up the reins recently.

Mmoko, who has been a member of the community safety oversight committee for a couple of years, is well-versed with happenings in terms of community safety.

Mmoko, who possesses an unquestionable passion and energy for service delivery, displayed the intention of hitting the ground running by recently inviting the heads of departments of the EMPD and DEMS, together with their divisional heads, to a meet and greet session in Bedfordview with the purpose of putting faces to names and getting to know his team better.

The messages Mmoko delivered during the session were inspiring and invigorating and everyone agreed the meeting augured well for the team and the weighty work that lies ahead of them.
