Germiston police put 38 perpetrators behind bars

Germiston SAPS share weekly successes.

Germiston police nabbed 38 suspects between June 28 and July 3, for various crimes.

This is according to statistics provided by Const Maxwell Mabunda, communications officer for the Germiston SAPS.

The suspects were arrested for various offences including theft, shoplifting, tampering with infrastructure, dealing in dagga, possession of a dangerous weapon, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH), reckless and negligent driving, possession of live ammunition and driving under the influence of alcohol.

All of the arrested suspects were detained at Germiston Police Station pending their appearance in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court.
