Keep pets safe in cold weather

Make sure your pets are taken care of in severe weather conditions.

A cold front is set to hit today, and everyone is feeling the winter freeze – even animals.

The National Council of SPCAs (NSPCA) is appealing to members of the public to take extra precautions for their animals during the severe weather conditions and cold.

The NSPCA urges animal owners to keep their pets indoors and ensure that their other animals that live outdoors have access to adequate shelter for protection against cold and wet weather conditions.
