Help local women assist the less fortunate

Roxy and Michelle Engelbrecht are holding a collection to help people in an informal settlement.

Germiston resident Roxy Engelbrecht is once again holding a collection for people in an informal settlement situated in Munsieville, in Krugersdorp.

After the huge success of her winter drive last year Roxy and her sister Michelle has decided to hold the collection again.

The Munsieville Charity Run is appealing to the community for all types of donations, from food and clothing to blankets and soup to hand out to the community when the group visits.

“We are looking to help about 390 people and every little donation helps,” said Roxy.

“We are also in need of volunteers to come and help us on the day.”

Roxy and Michelle are planning to visit the informal settlement on July 13 and you have until then to make your donations.

All donations will be greatly appreciated.
