The Elsburg Town Hall was one of the spots where residents could make their mark.
The Elsburg Town Hall was abuzz with activity on Wednesday as residents came out to vote.
Residents were excited to be making their mark and queued at the busy centre.
The GCN chatted to a number of people who said the process had gone well with no problems.
