Three of the Sector CPFs in the Germiston policing area will soon be holding AGMs.
Each Sector CPF is managed by a committee which constitutionally consists of a chairperson, vice-chairperson, secretary, vice-secretary, treasurer, vice-treasurer and public relations officer.

Ad hoc members can also be elected to assist in various structures within the CPF.
Every five years, volunteers are elected to serve in the structures of the CPF on a voluntary basis without payment of any kind.
The dates for the meetings are as follows:
• Sector Three: April 8.
• Sector Four: April 11.
• Sector Five: April 25.
Residents are urged to attend the meetings.
