Something for everyone at the inaugural Community Market Germiston

Community Market Germiston set to take place every second weekend.

The weather was perfect for the inaugural Community Market Germiston which was held last Saturday.

The market, which is aimed at helping the Germiston community grow and create income opportunities, was held at Copper Canyon Spur, situated on the corner of Webber Road and Olivier Street in Lambton Gardens.

There was something for everyone at the market with a variety of stalls with a number of goods for sale, like bags, gifts, sweets, food, T-shirts, personalised mugs and paintings, clothes, hand towels and much more.

Children were also catered for with a number of fun activities.

The market is set to become a regular event and will be held every second weekend.
