Young philanthropist feeling fulfilled after donating 1.5 tons of dog food to the Germiston SPCA.

Keeping with her tradition of giving back on her birthday, Robyn Smith (on the right) donated 1.5 tons of dog food to the Germiston SPCA on December 19. Taryn Bannister (on the left), a cadet at the SPCA, was present to accept the donation.

Every year on her birthday, for the past three years, Robyn Smith has started the morning of her special day by giving back.

The Denlee resident started an initiative through which she raises funds to purchase dog food in large quantities, which she donates to the Germiston SPCA.

Last year was no different.
