Motorists urged to avoid Rietfontein and Shamrock roads as Primrose police work active crime scene.

Motorists travelling in Primrose are urged to avoid Shamrock and Rietfontein roads as sections of the roads have been closed due to an active crime scene.

According to Sgt Styles Maome, the communications officer for the Primrose SAPS, it is alleged that an armed robbery took place at a business in Shamrock Road this morning (Wednesday).

Two suspects have been arrested.

Primrose police are on the scene and more details will be released as they become available.
