Assumption Convent brings The Crucible to life

Arthur Miller’s The Crucible recently made an appearance on the Assumption Convent School stage.

Assumption Convent School, in collaboration with St Benedict’s College, brought the characters of Arthur Miller’s The Crucible to life in their recent stage production.

The fictitious play, based partially on the trial of the witches of Salem in the ’60s, was performed for four days on Assumption Convent School’s stage.

Alexandra Marques took on the lead role of Abigail Williams and brought it to life in Assumption Convent School’s production of The Crucible, in collaboration with St Benedict’s College.

A VIP viewing of the production was reserved for the last night.

 

Goody Proctor (Alexia Markantonatos) and Mary Waren (Dominique Rodrigues) got stuck in Abigail’s deception, in Assumption Convent School’s production of The Crucible, in collaboration with St Benedict’s College.

Lead actors Alexandra Marques (who played Abigail Williams) and Dominique Rodrigues (who played Mary Warren), along with the rest of the cast, relished in the standing ovation by the audience for putting on an incredible show.
