Three-car pile-up on Pretoria Road causes heavy delays

Motorists travelling on Pretoria Road in Primrose towards Barbara Road and into the CBD were affected by traffic delays on the road due to a three-car pile-up.

A bakkie carrying school children was among two cars allegedly hit by a recycling truck this morning (September r25) on the corner of Pretoria Road and Walnut Avenue in Primrose.

An accident on the corner of Pretoria Road and Walnut Avenue is causing delays.

It is alleged the truck, travelling at a high speed on Pretoria Road towards Barbara Road, was unable to stop and hit two vehicles turning into Walnut Avenue.

No injuries have been reported.
