The Primrose police arrested 28 suspects between September 13 and 19.
This is according to the latest arrest statistics released by the station.

The accused were arrested for a number of different offences.
Charges included assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drugs, business break-in with the intent to steal, rape, reckless and negligent driving, malicious damage to property and warrant of arrest.
The Primrose SAPS station commander Col Albertina Vesi thanked everyone who contributed to the successful arrests.

Most of the suspects appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court where some had their cases postponed for various reasons while others paid admission of guilt fines and were released.
