The Primrose police arrested 33 suspects between August 16 and 22.
This is according to the latest arrest statistics released by the station.
The accused were arrested for a number of different offences.

Crimes included possession of drugs, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, common assault, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of an unlicensed firearm and live ammunition, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, shoplifting and malicious damage to property.
The Primrose SAPS station commander, Col Albertina Vesi, thanked everyone who contributed to the successful arrests.

Most of the suspects appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court where some had their cases postponed for various reasons while others paid admission of guilt fines and were released.
