Join in the fun at El-Shammah’s Spring Fun Walk

El-Shammah Home for Abandoned Babies and Place of Safety to host fun-filled Spring Fun Walk on September 1.

El-Shammah Home for Abandoned Babies and Place of Safety plans to welcome the new season with a fun-filled Spring Fun Walk.

The event, which will be held on September 1, will assist the home in raising much-needed funds.

“Join us for a 5km fun walk to raise funds for the abandoned babies in our care,” encouraged home manager Allistair Scholtz.

“The community is encouraged to dress up funny hunny, bring their friends, family and even their dogs, and be part of this fun-filled day,” said Merencia Scholtz, home manager.

The walk will start at 9am, from Hoërskool Vryburger High School’s entrance in Churchill Avenue.
