Police discover human bones in Katlehong

Katlehong SAPS open inquest after bones are discovered in Moleleki Extention Two.

Katlehong police have opened an inquest document after human bones were discovered next to a river in Moleleki Extention Two, last Tuesday.

“The discovery was made at around 1pm.

“At this stage, it is unclear if the bones are male or female, however, a decomposed dress was found on top of the bones,” said Capt Mega Ndobe, communications officer for the Katlehong police.

During primary investigations, it was reported that there was a bullet hole in the skull, but further investigation is needed.

“The investigation into the discovery continues,” said Ndobe.
