Primrose police target criminals

The Primrose police share their latest arrest statistics.

Thirty-two suspects were arrested by the Primrose police between June 7 and 13.

This is according to the latest arrest statistics released by the Primrose Police Station.

The accused were charged with a number of different offences.

Charges included possession of drugs, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, common assault, driving under the influence of alcohol, house robbery, possession of a suspected stolen motor vehicle, armed robbery, trespassing, shoplifting and contempt of court.

The Primrose SAPS’s acting station commander, Lt Col Mbhazima Maswanganyi, thanked everyone who contributed to the successful arrests.

Most of the suspects appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court where some had their cases postponed for various reasons while others paid admission of guilt fines and were released.
