Print Exclusive: SaveMe cares for reptiles, exotic animals

SaveMe recently held an awareness day to educate people about reptiles and exotic animals.

It was all about creating awareness and educating the community at the recent SaveMe Reptile and Exotics Rescue awareness day.

Anneline van Rooyen, a volunteer at the SaveMe Reptile and Exotic’s Rescue holds one of the rescue rats. She was helping to raise awareness about the SaveMe Rat Rescue.

The event, held at Majestic Nursery in Lambton, where the organisation has been based for the last six months, saw volunteers sharing all sorts of facts about reptiles, exotic animals and rats.
