According to the latest arrest statistics released by the Germiston Police Station, 67 suspects were arrested between May 1 and 6.

Possession of dagga: 9
Driving under the influence of alcohol: 8
Assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm: 6
Intimidation: 2
Theft: 3
Shoplifting: 2
Malicious damage to property: 3
Attempted hijacking: 1
Perjury: 1
Dealing in drugs: 2
Attempted murder: 1
Trespassing: 1
Common assault: 6
Possession of drugs: 8
Fraud: 3
Contempt of court: 1
Possession of an unlicensed firearm: 1
Possession of suspected property: 6
House break-in: 1
Possession of house break-in implements: 2

All of the arrested suspects appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court where their cases were postponed for various reasons.
