New chapter for youth desk

Primrose station commander and management welcome the Primrose SAPS Crime Prevention Youth Desk’s new executive committee members.

The Primrose SAPS Crime Prevention Youth Desk recently voted in a new executive committee.

The new committee was welcomed by the Primrose SAPS station commander Col Albertina Vesi, who also extended her thanks to the outgoing committee and commended them on their hard work.

“Youth desk members should not think that their contribution in reducing crime in the area goes unnoticed.

“The management and Primrose SAPS as a whole are pleased to work with such wonderful young people,” Vesi said.

She urged the incoming committee to work hard and to maintain the high standard laid by the outgoing committee.

“You must go out there and encourage friends to join you in the job that you are doing. Without you the police could not have reached the standard we have,” she said.
