The Tamaho Clinic in Katlehong is hosting a Health Open Day today (Thursday) to promote a healthy lifestyle to remind residents of the various clinical services available to them.
Residents in Katlehong and surrounding areas will have the opportunity to interact with health practitioners at the facility.
The health practitioners will in turn take suggestions and address any complaints from residents to improve patients’ wellness.
Health screenings such as HIV, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, cervical cancer and prostate cancer will be conducted on the day.
Educational talks on leading a healthy lifestyle will also be on the agenda.
The health day will run until 2pm at the clinic situated in Sokelo Street, Nhlapo section, Katlehong.
