Local resident wants to help those in need

A collection has been started by a Germiston resident to help in an informal settlement.

Germiston resident Roxy Engelbrecht wants to make a difference in people’s lives.

She is collecting food, blankets and clothes for an informal settlement in Munsieville, Krugersdorp and is appealing to the community to help her aid the people in the settlement.

“There are about 350 people in total and they need all the help they can get before the winter.

“Among them are about 20 babies and these families cannot provide everything they need,” said Roxy.

To assist, contact Roxy on 072 954 9957.
