A lot of South African families eat cold meats daily, whether you are on the Banting diet and need your daily dosage of cold meats or you need the comfort of iKota because of an emotional day, the fact is, the majority of the country consumes large amounts of cold meats.

High praises for CPF and Primrose police

A Primrose resident, Ezekiel Cahombo, wants to let the community know of his support for and appreciation of the local police department and further thanks to the CPF for their advice and efforts in assisting him and his family after an unfortunate ordeal they recently endured. Cahombo, his cousin Queen Carvalho and her six-month-old baby were recently hijacked in Primrose, on the corner of Pansy Road and Beaconsfield Avenue just after 9pm.
