Lots of love for Rest-a-While members

Rest-a-While Service Centre for the Elderly celebrated Valentine’s Day with a fun-filled morning.

Love was in the air at Rest-a-While Service Centre for the Elderly on Valentine’s Day, on Wednesday.

Members were treated to a morning of song, with the musical talents of Dave Niewenhuizen, as well as a special visit from Laerskool Die President’s Grade R learners.

Guests also enjoyed a number of tasty treats, served to them in the beautifully decorated dining room of the centre.

Rest-a-While manager Trudy Carreira was thrilled with the turnout and success of the event and looks forward to more fun-filled events at the centre.

Trudy also hopes that successful functions such as these will help to grow membership.
