Primrose residents are urged to be on the lookout for several vehicles allegedly being used in crimes in the area.

Stop-search operations yield 17 arrests

The Katlehong Crime Prevention Unit has been hard at work with crime prevention measures in the Katlehong area. Recently, officers from the unit hosted stop-and-search operations in the area which led to the arrest of 17 suspects.

Primrose police issue warning

The Primrose police are urging residents to take special precautions. “We are appealing to the community to be careful, especially when entering or leaving their premises,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

Police struggle with several crimes in the area

The Primrose police are appealing to the community of Primrose, and their visitors, to refrain from parking their vehicles on pavements as it isn’t safe. “We have registered a number of cases related to vehicle theft and theft out of vehicles recently,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

How to avoid listeriosis infection
