A little goes a long way in supporting drought stricken Cape Town

Remax All Stars, in conjunction with Relyant Express Services, are doing their bit to help drought stricken Cape Town and encourage the community to do the same.

The clock is ticking down to Day Zero for Cape Town, meaning the city’s taps will run dry.

The Western Cape is experiencing its worst drought in over 100 years, and already, due to the severity of the water crisis, level 6B water restrictions will take effect from February 1, which will mean residents will only be permitted to use a minimal 50 litres of water per person, per day.

Local company Remax All Stars, in conjunction with Relyant Express Services, have heard the plight of the people of Cape Town and will be collecting water, which will be transported to Cape Town.

The community is encouraged to donate tap water in five-litre containers.

“All water can be dropped at our offices and we will make sure it reaches Cape Town,” said sales and marketing associate Nadia Aucamp.

Water can be dropped at:

• The Alberton offices located at 81 Michelle Avenue, Randhart.

• The Germiston offices located at 126 Webber Road, Lambton.

For more information call the Remax All Stars offices on 011 907 6275 or 011 824 4383 or Aucamp on 082 3366 227.
