Red Bin Brigade raises funds for Remme-Los

Great fun as local school raises much-needed funds.

The Red Bin Brigade, driven by Mamba Security, recently held a fund-raiser at Daeraad Pre-Primary School in Fishers’ Hill in aid of Primrose-based Remme-Los.

Corné Joubert and Themba Nkwenya from Remme-Los, explained to the children why they were in wheelchairs.

Cupcakes, baked by Terry van der Merwe from the Primrose Red Bin Brigade, were given to each class at Daeraad and the children had fun icing and decorating their cakes before eating them.

Everyone enjoyed the day immensely and the the principal of Daeraad, Martie Schmiedeskamp, and her staff were thanked for welcoming them to the school.
