Katlehong police continue to target criminals in the area with a variety of different operations.
Recently the team arrested 15 suspects in the area in a single day.
The arrests were made by members of the Katlehong Crime Prevention Unit and detectives from the Katlehong Police Station.
The accused were arrested for a number of different crimes.

Charges included:
• Assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm: 1
• Intimidation: 1
• Theft from a motor vehicle: 1
• Theft: 1
• Malicious damage to property: 1
• Shoplifting: 1
• Possession of dagga: 9
All the arrested suspects appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court, where their cases were postponed for various reasons.
