Youth Desk shares safety tips

House break-ins, thefts and hijackings in Wychwood continue to be a concern for police.

Members of the Primrose police and Primrose SAPS Crime Prevention Youth Desk recently visited Wychwood to raise awareness among residents about crimes affecting the area.

“House break-ins, thefts and hijackings are still giving us sleepless nights in this sector,” said communications officer for the Primrose police, Sgt Styles Maome.

“We are appealing to community members to take care of their valuables and once again ask motorists to stop parking their vehicles on the pavements.”
