Parts of Germiston are without electricity as a result of a medium voltage equipment failure.
The metro informs residents that a team of technicians are currently on site attending to the problem.
The affected areas include:
- Gerdview
- Parts of Marlands
- Primrose East
- Sunnyridge
- Sunnyrock
- Wannenburghoogte
Power is expected to be reinstated to the affected areas by 6pm.
The metro apologises for the inconvenience caused.
