Celebrate tattoos with the GCN

Send a photo of your tattoo/s in celebration of Tattoo Day on July 17.

Tattoo lovers would agree that there is something about permanently etching a story/photo into your flesh that draws the heart and inspires the mind.

For most, tattoos tell a tale of who they were, who they are, and sometimes of just where they are going, among other things.

Tomorrow (July 17) is Tattoo Day and a day to, obviously, celebrate tattoos whether you have or just like them.

Tattoos have served important roles in cultures all around the world, and continue to have evolving meanings in our modern age.

Tattoo Day celebrates the august history of skin art and its ever-evolving place in society.

Ever wanted to show off your tattoo/s to the world and show your love for it or them for those who have more than one?

The GCN wants to help you show off the love you have for your tattoo/s.

Take a photo of your tattoo/s, email it to us and enjoy looking at your photo on the GCN’s website tomorrow.

Put in your name and surname and you could also add what the tattoo means to you.

Email your photo/s as separate jpg attachments to pulengs@caxton.co.za, include your name and surname.

Alternatively, add us on WhatsApp using 079 406 1181 and send your photo/s on WhatsApp.

If you already have the GCN on WhatsApp, then it is as easy as sending your photo on our WhatsApp number.
