Primrose detective helps secure conviction

Lumbetani Ngobeni (26) was found guilty murder and sentenced to 10 years in prison, in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court, recently.

Primrose Police Station detective Const Robert Ragoja was pleased to hear that Lumbetani Ngobeni (26) had, recently, been found guilty of murder.

Ragoja had been instrumental in the investigation of the murder which took place in the Makause informal settle in July last year.

The accused was found guilty in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court and sentenced to 10 years in prison.

He was also declared unfit to possess a firearm.

The Primrose police’s station commander Col Albertina Vesi thanked Ragoja for his hard work and dedication and encouraged other detectives to learn from his example.
