Even though the rain came down, the spirit of fun was not dampened at the GAFA (Germiston Association for the Aged) Protea Old Age Home’s Easter Bonnet Parade and fun day, recently. The elderly came out donned in their best Easter bonnets for a fun-filled morning of cupcake decorating, socialising and a celebration of Easter and its meaning.
