Police target criminals in Primrose
The Primrose police share their latest arrest statistics.

The Primrose police arrested 26 suspects in the Primrose area from April 3 to 9, for various offences.
Charges included assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, common assault, domestic violence, business break-in and theft, possession of drugs, exceeding the speed limit, pointing of a firearm, house robbery, armed robbery, theft, possession of suspected stolen property, warrant of arrest, contempt of court and shoplifting.
The Primrose police’s acting station commander, Lieut-Col Andre Jordaan, thanked everyone who contributed to these successes and encouraged the officers to keep up their good work.
Most of the suspects have appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court and their cases were postponed for various reasons.
Some paid admission of guilt fines and were released.
