Luso Africa FC’s senior side battled for possession of the ball in the club’s gruelling match against Randburg Football Club, last Saturday afternoon, at Hattingh Park. The match was the team’s first in the Eastern Local Football Association’s (ELFA) Super League season, with their previous match cancelled last week. This cancellation left the team feeling under-prepared for the clash.They lost 4-0, despite the team’s continuous pressure on the visitors. The frustration-filled first half saw two Luso players receive yellow cards, in their desperate attempts to gain and maintain possession of the ball.
