Nineteen nabbed in Primrose

The Primrose police share their latest arrest statistics.

The Primrose police continue their efforts to curb crime in the area.

According to the latest arrest statistics released by the station, 19 suspects were arrested in the area in the last week.

The suspects were arrested on a number of different charges, which included common assault, domestic violence, possession of suspected stolen property, possession of ivory, possession of drugs, theft, driving under the influence of alcohol and shoplifting.

The Primrose police’s station commander Col Albertina Vesi thanked everyone who contributed to these successes.

Most of the suspects have appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court and their cases have been postponed for various reasons; some have paid admission-of-guilt fines and been released; others will appear in court soon.
