Child left at hospital gate, information needed

Community’s help needed with regard to information on child.

Germiston Child Welfare is appealing to the community to help them with information regarding a child, Kabelo Mokoena.

The boy was found on September 27, last year, at Bertha Gxowa Hospital security gate at about 9.40pm.

Kabelo was taken to the SAPS and then referred to Germiston Child Welfare.

“Information initially indicated that his father’s name is Phillip Mokoena.

“Kabelo was unable to give clear directions as to where he lives but after some investigation it seems he is familiar with the Sebokeng area,” Barbara Bouwer, director of Germiston Child Welfare said.

The boy seems to be hearing impaired and struggles to communicate verbally.

Kabelo’s date of birth might be August 10, 2005 but this is not certain.

If anyone recognises the child or has any information contact Siphelele Myeni on 011 825-3655.
