Busy week for Primrose police

Primrose police share their latest crime statistics.

The Primrose police, with the help of EMPD officers, arrested 21 suspects from January 16 to 22.

This is according to the latest arrest statistics released by the Primrose Police Station.

The accused were arrested on a number of different charges.

Charges included, possession of drugs, dealing in liquor without a licence, common assault, theft, reckless and negligent driving, and contempt of court.

The Primrose police’s station commander, Col Albertina Vesi, thanked everyone who contributed to these successes.

Most of the suspects have appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court and their cases have been postponed for various reasons, while others will appear in court soon.
