Beautiful gardens to open their gates to the public

The Germiston Rotary Anns will be hosting a weekend of delightful open gardens.

Summer is in full bloom and what better way to enjoy the season than by taking a tour of some of the most glorious gardens in Germiston.

The Germiston Rotary Anns are hosting an Open Gardens weekend on February 4 and 5.

There is a wonderful mix of small townhouse gardens, large mature gardens, indigenous and exotic, for all gardeners to enjoy.

The event runs from 10am until 4pm on both days and tickets are available at all the gardens.

This tranquil setting will be open to the public to spend some time in as part of the Germiston Rotary Anns Open Gardens weekend.

Tickets cost R30 per person which covers viewing for both days and the event serves as a fund-raising initiative for the Rotary Anns charity projects.

You can start your garden tour at any of the gardens.

Gardens can be viewed at: 36 Parkhill Road, Parkhill Gardens, 7 Village du Soleil, 27 De Beer Road, Albemarle and 61 Cachet Road, Klippoortjie.

One of the stunning gardens.

A tea garden with mouthwatering refreshments will be available at the Cachet Road garden.

At each garden you will be welcomed by Rotary Anns and members of the Germiston Garden Club who have given so much help and support to this fund-raising event.
