Celebrate Hat Day
Send a photo of you wearing your favourite hat in celebration of Hat Day on January 15.
Hats are an accessory that have been in use for centuries and while some of us use them to cover our bad hair days from time to time, most others use them to protect their heads from the cold or heat of the day.
Having undergone immense change over the years, the purposes of hats have also multiplied.
Sunday (January 15) is Hat Day; the best time for you to put on your favourite headwear and make a huge impression.
The GCN wants to help you show off your favourite hat/s, or your love for hats.
Take a photo of yourself wearing your hat/s, or with your many hats and email it to us by 3pm on Saturday (January 14) – then take pleasure in looking at your photo on the GCN’s website on Sunday.
Email your photo/s as separate jpg attachments to pulengs@caxton.co.za. Include your names (from left to right).
Alternatively, add us on WhatsApp using 079 406 1181; and send your photo/s on WhatsApp.
If you already have the GCN on WhatsApp, then it’s as easy as sending your photo on our WhatsApp number.
Have fun with your family and friends; and take a groupie wearing your stylish hats.
If the photo features more than one person, please include the full names and surnames of the people, naming them from left to right.
