Thirty-three suspects nabbed in Primrose

The Primrose police share the station’s latest arrest statistics.

According to the Primrose Police Station’s latest arrest statistics, 33 suspects were arrested from November 21 to 27.

The accused were charged for a number of different crimes.

Charges included: possession of drugs, dealing in liquor without a licence, common assault, driving under the influence of alcohol, theft of a motor vehicle, murder, housebreaking and theft, shoplifting, warrant of arrest, reckless and negligent driving and theft.

The Primrose police’s station commander, Col Albertina Vesi, thanked everyone who contributed to these successes.

Most of the suspects have appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court and their cases have been postponed for various reasons, while others will appear in court soon.
