It was an exciting day for Peermont Hotel School students from Germiston and Katlehong, on Wednesday, as they not only got to assist the nine chefs participating in the 2016 Compass Group SA Top Chef competition at the Peermont Hotel School, based at Emperors Palace, but also got to meet Compass Group SA ambassador, Reuben Riffel.
The Capetonian celebrity chef, will publish, in conjunction with Compass SA, the second edition of his book “A Food Journey with Reuben” in January.
