Warning – Prepare for scorching temperatures this week
Temperatures expected to stay in the 30s till Friday.
The South African Weather Service is warning residents of Gauteng to prepare for another heatwave.
It is reported that persistent high temperatures that hit the province this weekend will continue for the rest of the week.
In Gauteng temperatures are expected to range from 30 to 34 degrees.

Hot and humid weather will result in extremely uncomfortable conditions.
Veld fire conditions:
Veld fires are expected in places across Gauteng as a result of the hot dry weather.
There, however, may be some relief as the service predicts rain throughout the week.
