Help an animal in need this festive season

The community is urged to donate to the SPCA’s Christmas Cheer Fund and help the animals.

Animals need a place of safety and refuge from the storms of life.

As the festive season approaches more and more animals will be abandoned or become strays as people plan festive season activities.

This is where the Germiston SPCA comes in, as the animals’ only hope of salvation.

To help with the influx of animals during this time, the Germiston SPCA’s Christmas Cheer Fund has officially opened.

The SPCA needs the community’s assistance to make sure there are enough funds to care for the animals over the festive season.

All the money raised will go towards the care of abused, abandoned and stray animals.

So do your bit this festive season and help change the life of an animal.

All donations will be acknowledged in the GCN on a weekly basis.

It is so easy to help.

All you need to do is make a donation, big or small, it doesn’t matter, as every cent helps.

When making your donation, please give your first name and surname, so that you can be thanked properly in the GCN.

Donations can be made at the Germiston SPCA’s kennels, in Junction Road, Driehoek, or paid straight into the Germiston SPCA’s bank account.

The banking details are as follows:

Bank: FNB – Eastgate

Branch code: 257 705
